Product Designer

Seeking a curious designer to enhance Lunara's digital financial product, collaborating with executives to create a user-friendly, comprehensive payment solution.

We are seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity to make Digital Design better and create the overall user experience for a digital financial product solving all financial and end-user needs. You'll partner with our CMO, CBO, CEO to create the future of digital payments. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Lunara.

We're looking for someone on the team who will help create a product that is very simple to use, fulfills user requirements and is based on the progressive disclosure principle to solve all different kinds of challenges to act as the one-stop shop for all payment-related functions and evolve beyond.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all design and innovation aspects of a company's products and services. Following through with modern, simple and elegant designs for web and mobile applications.
• Work directly with CEO and CMO
• Manage a team of designers. Provide regular feedback on UX / UI and support them in any needs.
• Transforming the user experience, Transforming the organization and Transforming the design team.
• Guide visual goals and branding for financial products.
• Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
• Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.
• Identify end-user needs and behavior through research, including observation, interviews, surveys, analytics, and user testing.
• Lead teams to create and deliver high-quality digital experiences and artifacts (for example, user-experience patterns, wireframes, screens, prototypes, and design systems).
