XAD Technologies LLC is a leading technology company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented As Built - Document Controller to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the As Built - Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing all project documents and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible. Key Responsibilities : Maintain and organize all project documents and records, including technical drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence Ensure that all project documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date Develop and implement document control processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of project documentation Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that all project documentation is reviewed and approved in a timely manner Monitor and track document changes, revisions, and approvals Ensure that all project documents are properly stored and archived Provide support to project teams by retrieving and distributing project documents as needed Prepare and distribute project reports and status updates as required Assist with project closeout by ensuring that all project documents are complete and accurate Maintain confidentiality and security of all project documents and records Continuously seek opportunities to improve document control processes and procedures Coordinate redline markups and site sketches to integrate into final as-builts. Update internal tracking logs and registers for submission status, approvals, and revisions Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in the Telecom or engineering industry Familiarity with dry & Wet utilitiestelecom network components (ducts, chambers, cabinets, fibre routes, splicing schematics). Working knowledge of GIS tools and document management systems Proficient in document control software and Microsoft Office Suitetrong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of document control processes and procedures Experience with As Built documentation is a plus If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for document control and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at XAD Technologies LLC.
