As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be hands-on in designing, developing, and executing test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality across our products.

This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and passionate about quality.

Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Identify, log, and track defects with precision, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with development teams.
• Partner with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for regression and performance testing.
• Ensure timely execution of tests and clear reporting of results.
• Advocate for quality best practices across the engineering organization, influencing processes, tools, and culture.
