We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of CRM implementations and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
- Configure core CRM functionalities (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or related modules).
- Support solution design, process mapping, and gap analysis between business requirements and system capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, and end-users to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
- Assist with UAT sessions, end-user training, and adoption strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize existing processes and CRM usage.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules).Strong understanding of CRM processes such as lead-to-opportunity, case management, and customer lifecycle.Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements in a structured manner.Familiarity with configuration, workflows, dashboards, and reporting within Dynamics 365 CE.Experience creating user stories, functional documents, and acceptance criteria.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).Microsoft certification will be an advantage.Experience in Agile delivery environments.To know more about Confiz Limited, visit :
