Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Learning Engineer. This role requires a strong background in computer science, data science, or electrical engineering, with a focus on machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms with a focus on text-related projects to solve complex NLP problems.
• Hands‑on experience with various machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit‑learn, ensuring efficient and scalable model implementations for text-based applications.
• Extensive knowledge of NLP models, including transformers, BERT, Roberta, NER models, Rang Models i.e., LangChain, LLAMA Index, and other state‑of‑the‑art NLP techniques.
• Utilize Python language effectively for implementing machine learning solutions, enhancing existing codebases, and contributing to text-related projects.
• Expertise in NLP libraries and Transformers, leveraging these tools to optimize and improve NLP model performance for text applications.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP research, and text‑related projects, incorporating cutting‑edge techniques into the team's work.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and deliver effective ML solutions for text‑based applications.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and establish best practices for the team, specifically related to text‑based projects and Lang Chain.
• Drive innovation and explore new approaches to solving challenging NLP problems, taking initiatives independently, including contributing to the development of the LAMA index and other text‑related projects.
• Actively participate in research and development activities related to machine learning, NLP, and text‑based applications, with a specific focus on transformers.

Requirements

If BS or MS Degree is in Electrical Engineering, he / she must have taken at least two courses mentioned below :
