Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Understand clients’ business needs and provide proactive tax advice.

Lead and manage tax compliance engagements for a variety of clients.

Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients’ financial positions.

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals.

Provide guidance on complex tax issues and ensure high‑quality work.

Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations.

Conduct research on technical tax issues and provide solutions to clients.

Identify opportunities for new business and participate in business development activities.

Contribute to the growth of the Tax Services practice through networking and relationship‑building.

Skill Set / Qualifications

Well versed in the tax laws applicable in Pakistan.

Good communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Good knowledge and hands‑on expertise in IRIS (online tax portal).
