Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Karachi for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive is responsible for engaging with potential clients through phone calls, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sales. Daily tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product or service information, and addressing customer queries professionally. The role also involves achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and handle queries effectively

Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify and convert potential clients

Experience in Customer Support to ensure seamless interaction and satisfaction

Goal‑oriented and target‑driven mindset

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools are advantageous

Previous experience in telesales or related roles is a plus
