Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated ClickUp Consultant & Automation Engineer to join our dynamic consultancy team.

You’ll be part of an established group of five highly experienced ClickUp consultants and automation engineers , working together to deliver world‑class implementations.

This full‑time remote role involves designing and customizing ClickUp setups, creating workflow automations, and optimizing business processes for clients across different industries.

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Work Type : Remote (Work from home flexibility)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and customizing ClickUp workspaces for clients.
Design workflow automations using tools like ClickUp , Zapier , or Make (Integromat) .
Analyze client processes and help create efficient, scalable workflows.
Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver smooth and successful implementations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide clear solutions.
Support ClickUp training sessions and documentation.

Qualifications

Proven hands‑on experience with ClickUp — setup, customization, and automation (mandatory).

Must come from a consulting background (business, tech, or process consulting).

Excellent communication skills — must be able to interact confidently with clients.

Energetic, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.

Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Knowledge of automation tools like Zapier or Make (Integromat) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Information Technology , or a related field.

Compensation

Competitive, paid in PKR .

Monthly performance‑based bonuses tied to successful implementations and client satisfaction.
