Job Summary

The Principal Solution Architect – Pre-Sales will lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative technical solutions for the IT product Sangfor. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and clients—to ensure that solutions meet both business objectives and technical excellence standards. The incumbent will serve as the technical authority during the pre-sales process, ensuring that proposed architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

• Develop and maintain an end-to-end technical architecture for Sangfor, incorporating all required modules and integrations as defined by the product roadmap.
• Ensure the solution design meets high standards of scalability, security, and performance.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Apply industry best practices to ensure maintainability, reliability, and long-term efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and implement optimization strategies.
