Performance Marketing Specialist

Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Performance Marketing Executive

who can balance creativity with analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of

performance marketing channels

but also bring strong expertise in

branding, social media strategy, SEO,

and

CRM management . You will play a key role in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, leads, and brand equity.

What you will do

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Optimize campaigns to improve key metrics : ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.

A / B test creatives, messaging, and landing pages for performance uplift.

A deep understanding of Branding, social media strategy, SEO and automation will be a plus.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in digital / performance marketing.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Strong knowledge of branding fundamentals and content strategy.

Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.

Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

Analytical mindset with a passion for data and testing.

Excellent communication skills.
