Marketing Specialist – Pakistan

We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and versatile marketer , fluent in Urdu and English, to own and grow Muzz’s presence in Pakistan. This role is based in Karachi (remote) , with regular travel across the country.

• 3+ years of marketing experience in Pakistan, ideally at a startup, agency, or fast-paced consumer brand.
• A versatile marketer who understands the full funnel, from awareness to retention.
• Fluent in Urdu and English .
• Strong knowledge of Muslim culture and how to authentically connect with this audience.
• A creative thinker brimming with ideas and eager to test them.
• Proven track record of building brand presence both online and offline .
• A data-driven mindset , always questioning, optimising, and improving.
• A natural storyteller who can proudly represent Muzz in Pakistan.
• Strong project management and communication skills , comfortable working across time zones.
• Able to travel across Pakistan if required.
• Must have the right to work in Pakistan without sponsorship .
