Desired specializations include Business Studies, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences, providing a strong foundation for understanding market dynamics and development principles.## ExperienceA minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in business development, startup incubation, enterprise growth, or entrepreneurship support programs is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a development or public sector setting, indicating familiarity with relevant operational contexts and stakeholder engagement.## Required SkillsThe successful candidate will possess a strong ability to conceptualize and implement business development strategies specifically tailored to the needs of women entrepreneurs. Expertise in guiding startups through business model refinement, customer segmentation, pricing, and marketing strategies aligned with market realities and gender-responsive approaches is essential.
