Role Description

This is an exciting full-time, on-site role located in the Karachi Division for a Cold Calling Sales Agent. The primary responsibilities include prospecting and reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, pitching and promoting products or services, understanding client needs, and persuading them to take desired actions. The role also involves maintaining records of calls, following up with prospects, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and client relationship management
• Proficiency in sales, including cold calling techniques and lead generation
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and familiarity with the industry are a plus
• An aptitude for learning and adapting to sales training processes
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales, business, or related fields would be beneficial
• Able to work on the night shift
• Salary : 50K
