We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with expertise in the Real Estate and Financial Investment sectors. This role involves driving strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and promoting our real estate and financial investment offerings to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in real estate sales, investment management, and marketing strategy execution. Key Responsibilities : Sales Strategy & Execution :
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets in both real estate and investment products. Identify, target, and engage prospective clients, including individuals and corporate investors, to generate leads and close deals. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
Marketing & Business Development :
Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to promote real estate and investment opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional content, including brochures, presentations, and social media assets. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, offering tailored investment solutions and real estate opportunities that align with their financial goals. Provide expert advice on property acquisitions, investment options, and market dynamics. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase real estate projects and investment portfolios.
Evaluate real estate investment opportunities, performing financial modeling and ROI analysis to determine potential returns. Advise clients on investment strategies, risk management, and portfolio diversification within the real estate sector. Monitor the performance of investment portfolios, recommending adjustments to maximize profitability. Reporting & Performance Tracking :
Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust sales and marketing tactics to meet objectives.
Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on real estate and financial investment products. Proven success in managing high‑value client portfolios and closing large transactions. Strong understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and investment management principles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and financial modeling applications.
