We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help us expand our customer base through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.

Job Specification Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services to individuals, families, and corporate clients.

Provide clients with detailed information about package options, destinations, visa requirements, and travel arrangements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering customized travel solutions.

Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel — handling queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, referrals, and client retention activities.

Assist in marketing activities including social media promotions, online advertising, and content creation for travel campaigns.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and payments.

Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field).

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of sales / marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and build trust with customers.

Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital tools is a plus.
