Job descriptionExperience : A minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with a strong preference for experience supporting high-level executives. Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication, impeccable organizational skills, and a high level of discretion. Mindset : A solutions-first, proactive mindset with a strong ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively. Technical : Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with various digital tools and platforms. Availability : Must be available full-time (40 hrs / week) during U.S. business hours. Internet : A stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / upload). Computer : Personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor (or equivalent).
