We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in real estate projects including high-rises, housing societies, farmhouses, and luxury properties. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Present, promote, and sell properties to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and stakeholders. Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
