Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Executive at MedExpress Billing. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring high quality customer satisfaction, retention, providing customer support, account management, and utilizing analytical skills to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
Experience working in a US-based Inbound Customer Support role
Experience in US Healthcare and Patient Support is a plus.
Having a CRM tool operating experience.
Knowledge about EHR and EMR tools is a preference
Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision-making
Customer Support for resolving queries and concerns
Account Management for maintaining client relationships
Strong communication skills for effective customer interactions
Experience in healthcare industry or medical billing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
