Job Responsibilities
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with stakeholders. Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Implement appropriate project management methodologies tailored to the complexity and scale of the project. Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the seamless execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing any potential resource conflicts. Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure timely and clear communication to all relevant parties. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor project expenses, ensuring projects remain within the allocated budget. Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required standard of quality. Implement quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies. Document detailed project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Lead and motivate the project team to achieve project goals. Organize and facilitate project meetings, sessions, and workshops. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in application development and project management. Recommend and implement improvements to the project management process. At least 1 year of App Development / Software Development Project management / Leadership experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desired. Proven experience in managing a team and managing complex projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
