Production Manager In Garment Factory

To ensure firm quality production of the flows. To conduct meetings with team members on quality & production trends on a daily basis. To forward data to Divisional Head & respective departmental personnel.

Data Analysis

To have analysis on a daily basis to check the following :

• Check and observe the performance of supervisory staff.
• Observe alteration of the line.
• Observe machine preventive and corrective action measures.
• Observe and follow outcomes of daily inline and batch audit results.
• Observe external inline or otherwise audit reports.
• Daily meeting with seniors on line figures and trends.
• Observe production status of the line keeping in view induction, offline, work-in-process, finishing and packing of the day & target.
