Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace. The role demands the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and meet strict deadlines, contributing significantly to the smooth running of critical university operations.
Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive operational summaries and performance reports for management review.
Manage vendor communication and service-level tracking as required to ensure service quality.
Apply analytical skills for data review and process improvement initiatives to optimize operational outcomes.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and support financial planning.
Handle multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail to meet strict deadlines consistently.
