Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on projects that align with our services and expertise.
- Write customized, client‑centric, and persuasive proposals.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Build long‑term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly project acquisition and revenue targets.
- Stay informed on trends, tools, and strategies in the freelance market.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a freelance bidder or in a similar business development role.Strong written and verbal English communication skills.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.Understanding of software development and CRM project requirements.Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑driven.Benefits
