Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for managing Upwork outreach, responding to client messages, creating high-quality proposals, and closing deals. We’re looking for someone who not only excels at sales but also has a solid understanding of the technical side of digital services - someone who can confidently communicate both the value and the functionality of what we offer.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-potential jobs on Upwork
- Send compelling, customized proposals aligned with client needs
- Handle incoming client chats, project questions, and follow-ups
- Join discovery calls (if needed) and close deals independently
- Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure delivery feasibility
- Maintain records in trackers and follow SOPs consistently
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Upwork-based sales experienceStrong understanding of one or more technical domains : Web / app development, design, no-code, automation, AI, or marketingAbility to craft personalized proposals that convertFluent in English (written + spoken)Bonus : Familiarity with tools like Slack, ClickUp, Notion, CRMsPro : A computer science degree would be a plus, as we need someone with the expertise of a developer doing a sales jobWhat You Get
