About The Role : As our Content Creator, you will produce high‑quality written and visual content aligned with eXectify’s brand and the audiences we serve. You will develop and execute content strategies that enhance engagement, boost SEO performance, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on industry‑related topics to create content that strengthens the client’s personal brand, executive influence, and digital presence.
Conduct LinkedIn assessments and optimize client LinkedIn profiles to improve visibility and professional positioning.
Produce well‑crafted written materials, including social media posts, articles, and website content.
Create tailored visual content for various social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter / X, Instagram, etc.).
Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing across channels.
Conduct final reviews of content to ensure high quality and error‑free publication.
Monitor and analyze content performance and use insights to refine future content for better reach and engagement.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure content aligns with their objectives, audience, and brand voice.
Explore new content formats, storytelling styles, and digital tools to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
Stay updated on current trends, news, and best practices in content writing and digital marketing.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–3 years of professional experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably with a focus on personal branding or executive audiences.
Demonstrated ability to conduct industry‑related research and produce original, high‑quality written materials for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing collateral.
Proven experience with LinkedIn profile optimization and familiarity with current social platform best practices.
Strong written communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
Ability to create engaging visual content using digital tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop or similar).
Experience managing content calendars and utilizing content publishing platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) for content performance monitoring.
Strong ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences and articulate consistent brand messaging.
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills to interpret objectives and translate them into effective content.
Understanding of current trends and best practices in content writing, social media, and digital marketing.
