About the Job :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Digital Banking with 6+ years of experience and strong expertise in the Digital Banking domain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about test automation and modern quality engineering practices, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant banking solutions.
What you will be doing :
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Core Banking APIs.
- Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium or Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.
- Participate in shift-left testing by reviewing requirements, collaborating in design discussions, and identifying potential defects early in the lifecycle.
- Actively learn and adopt new testing tools and techniques, especially in automation and AI-assisted testing, to continuously improve test coverage and efficiency.
What we are looking for :
6+ years of experience in software quality assurance , including strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.Solid understanding of digital banking workflows including Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet / Mobile Banking channels.Hands‑on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for both web and mobile applications.Familiarity with AI / ML‑powered testing tools and concepts such as AI‑driven test case generation.Experience in shift-left testing practices, working closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.Holds an ISTQB Test certificationWhat we are offering :
