Overview

An Individual having 10-15 year experiance on the same position in manufacturing company. Must be proficient in MS Office and good computer literate and having good communication skills both verbal and written (in English & Urdu). Responsible for overall Supervison of the HR, Administration and Industrial Relations. Control and Analyize the Payroll, Overtime Report and Other reports related with HR & Admin. Department. Supervision of House Keeping of the factory on a high standard category. Responsible for all Appointments / Transfer / Terminations. Liason with Public Authorities to ensure facilitation towards smooth functioning of the organisation.

Job Specification

An MBA IN Human Resources with LL.B Presentable Personality. Strong Interpersonal Skills. Self Going and Independent person with the passion to grow and excel. Textile Sector experiance would be considered plus.
