Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.

Create print-ready materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and business cards.

Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content.

Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design projects and platforms.

Edit and enhance images, graphics, and illustrations for high-quality presentation.

ate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to campaigns and brand initiatives.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

or equivalent design tools.

Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

Ability to design for both digital and print media.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

A well-curated portfolio showcasing diverse design work is required.

Experience

Minimum :

2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Preferred :

Experience in a remote or cross-functional team environment.

Working Hours

Flexible remote working hours, with the ability to collaborate across global time zones.

Full-time position, typically

40 hours per week .

Occasional meetings and project deadlines may require time adjustments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In-depth knowledge of design principles and best practices for branding and marketing.

Understanding of UX / UI fundamentals is a plus.

Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities.

Ability to handle constructive feedback and make revisions promptly.

Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools is advantageous.

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
