Our client is a fast-growing Lead Generation Agency based in London that helps other agencies get more sales calls and close more clients. Their main focus is helping their clients lower costs per acquisition and helping them achieve their sales goals. With new clients coming daily, this agency is set for hyper-growth in the next 12 months and is looking to expand its team heavily. About the Role :
The Inbox Manager will be responsible for promptly responding to all incoming interactions, ensuring quick and accurate responses, and nurturing sales-qualified leads to be passed to the client’s sales team, and getting more calls booked. You’ll be in charge of delighting potential customers and ensuring they have all the necessary knowledge they need. You will be hands-on, working directly with customers, and building a scalable program to onboard and educate future clients.
What will you be doing?
You will provide quick, efficient, and accurate responses to all incoming requests Your goal will be to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on customer delight while also iterating on and improving customer service techniques Understand customer needs and requirements through proactive questioning and following our customer information forms Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build strong internal and external relationships Excellent planning and organizational skills Respond to potential leads to convert them into sales calls Updating the database with all the customer information within the CRM Passing potential leads to our agency clients and booking calls on their calendars Negotiate sales and address any concerns / reservations of potential customers
What are we looking for?
Excellent oral and written communication skills Bachelors in Business, English or relevant field 2-3 years experience, with a preference for applicants with prior experience in customer success or account management Experience managing customers via email, chat, and phone calls Ability to take the initiative and work independently with minimal supervision Experience in telesales would be an advantage Notice errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks Extremely flexible and adaptable Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details
