Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and requirements specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights from team members and stakeholders
- Track project progress and performance metrics to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget
- Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to promote operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams
