About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content & Graphics Designer to join our Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the communication, training, and branding experience across our Care department. You will create compelling written and visual content that supports our multi-vertical super app services, including food delivery, groceries, shops, home services, laundry, payments, transfers, and more.

This role combines content writing, copy design, graphics, and branding to deliver engaging, clear, and effective materials for both customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

Customer‑Facing Content

• Develop and maintain App Help Centre articles with clear, empathetic, and concise writing.
• Create visuals, infographics, GIFs, and motion graphics to simplify complex processes and enhance self‑service support.
• Write customer‑friendly copy that aligns with Care tone of voice and brand guidelines.
