We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have : Masters in Business Administration, preferably in HR. 2-3 years of experience in a core sales function. Experience as a trainer is an advantage. The responsibilities include : Conducting national training sessions on leadership and functional skills. Monitoring stores and providing training. Training distributor's sales force (indirectly, at company-operated businesses). Developing training calendars and tools. Developing and adapting new training programs. Assisting the HR Commercial Manager with project management of HR programs, key initiatives, and ad-hoc exercises. Required skills and qualities : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment. Proficient in MS Office, especially complex Excel and PowerPoint applications. Proficiency in spoken English. Strong team player with the ability to multitask and maintain work speed. Location : Lahore, Pakistan
