Role Summary And Impact Mindshare, a leading brand of WPP Media, is looking for a
Manager Data & Analytics . In this role you will assist the Associate Business Director – Digital & Data in quantifying and measuring the success of executions, delivering insights that enable innovation, and supporting media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance and test & trials.
Reporting This role reports to the Associate Business Director – Digital & Data.
In Three Months
Have an understanding of client requirements and portfolio.
Work with data tools to provide strategic solutions.
In Six Months
Develop in‑depth technical knowledge of data and analytics tools and models, adding value to business goals.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
In 12 Months
Start working on core KPIs.
Build relationships with key decision makers within the current pipeline.
What Your Day Job Looks Like At Mindshare
Understand business needs of stakeholders, solve problems using data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Support data & analytics teams and stakeholders with analytics agendas that impact campaigns.
Establish and maintain measurement frameworks.
Drive campaign optimization.
Become proficient with internal systems and tools such as GroupM’s analytics suite.
Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams across countries.
Analyze data, uncover insights, and formulate strategic recommendations.
Develop new tools and solutions with the analytics team.
Compile data and support delivery of client reporting.
Audit external tools to broaden market knowledge.
Skills & Experience
Strong affinity for numbers and analysis, with excellent Excel / Google‑Sheets skills.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other querying languages.
Experience creating dashboards in Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau or similar.
Familiarity with statistical modelling (seasonality, multi‑touch attribution, etc.).
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or Finance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in media / marketing data and analytics.
