The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Shopify and social commerce platforms, understands SEO and analytics, and enjoys optimizing product listings to enhance visibility and performance. Key Responsibilities

• Website & Product Merchandising Support : Update and maintain Shopify product listings, pricing, inventory, and collections.
• Support merchandising strategies for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
• Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and visually appealing across all channels.
• Multi‑Channel Support & Optimization : Optimize listings and performance across Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other social commerce platforms.
• Maintain consistency of data, descriptions, pricing, and images across platforms.
• Assist in implementing A / B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting : Monitor website and channel metrics including traffic, conversion, and sales.
• Generate performance reports and actionable insights for digital and merchandising teams.
• Track KPIs to support campaign planning and digital strategy.
• Listing Optimization & SEO : Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for search and discoverability.
• Apply SEO best practices to enhance visibility across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align listings with promotional campaigns.
• General Website & E‑Commerce Support : Troubleshoot minor technical issues on Shopify and related platforms.
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Support the Website Manager on product launches and special projects.
