Appedology is looking for a results-driven
Social Media & Growth Specialist
to independently manage the
organic social media strategy and execution
for our
US-based brands . This is a
full-ownership role —you’ll be responsible for everything from strategy and content creation to publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking. The focus is entirely on
organic growth , with no paid advertising. Your primary goal will be to build an engaging and high-performing social media presence that drives
audience growth, engagement, and qualified inbound leads . Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a 90-day organic growth strategy targeting US audiences across platforms such as
LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook . Build and maintain a 12-week rolling content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic publishing. Content Creation & Publishing Create, schedule, and publish
15–20 high-value organic posts weekly . Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs while maintaining a US-based tone. Repurpose long-form content (e.g., blogs, articles) into platform-optimized formats like carousels, reels, and shorts. Collaborate with internal Design and Content teams for asset delivery while maintaining accountability for publishing accuracy and quality. Community Management & Lead Generation Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs promptly (target : under 2 hours). Identify audience pain points and convert insights into relevant content strategies. Implement
organic lead funnels
(e.g., optimized link-in-bio, targeted CTAs) to drive inbound leads. Performance Tracking & Reporting Track and analyze performance metrics weekly and monthly. Present actionable reports with data-backed insights and recommendations. Coordinate with the SEO team to align content with trending topics for improved visibility. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (mandatory). Experience :
3–5 years of proven experience managing
organic social media
for brands targeting
US audiences . Skills : Strong command of English (US tone and writing style). Proficiency with
Meta Business Suite ,
LinkedIn Page Management ,
Canva , and scheduling tools (Metricool, Buffer, Later, etc.). Familiarity with
SEO fundamentals
for content optimization. Strong short-form copywriting, organizational, and analytical skills. Job Skill
