Achieve sales and Couple Years of Protection (CYP) targets for your assigned areas. Recruit, develop, and retain Medical Information Officers (MIOs), ensuring they meet their KPIs and maintain strong field presence. Implement organizational policies and monitor field sales and operational SOPs at provider locations and pharmacies. Track and evaluate MIO and distributor sales force performance through regular reviews, reporting, and action planning. Maintain quality records of providers and ensure timely submission of accurate work plans, reports, and expenses.
