Gold Bank seeks a highly technical and analytical E-Commerce and SEO Manager to own the performance and user experience of our luxury digital platform. This is a role with two distinct areas of ownership :
- SEO : Full, hands‑on accountability for driving high‑intent organic traffic growth through self‑executed technical and content fixes.
- UX / UI : Sole responsibility for analyzing the website's interface performance and leading cross‑functional teams to resolve conversion barriers.
If you are a rare expert who can personally write code to fix a schema error and analyze a heatmap to diagnose a checkout flaw, you will lead our digital ascent.
Core Responsibilities
Organic Search & Technical SEO (Sole Ownership)
The Manager is the definitive point of accountability for all organic search performance, personally executing the full spectrum of SEO strategy :
Hands‑On Technical SEO : Personally conduct, diagnose, and implement all technical fixes (Core Web Vitals, structured data / schema markup, site speed, internal linking, and mobile responsiveness) directly within the CMS.Content Strategy & AI Growth : Develop the SEO‑driven blog and content calendar. Integrate advanced keyword research, including leveraging AI‑driven insights to generate new opportunities and refine content to dominate SERPs for luxury search terms.Authority & Local SEO : Own and execute the entire off‑page strategy, including backlink acquisition, and maintain meticulous hygiene and optimization of the Google Business Profile (GMB).Platform Mastery : Own the implementation and maintenance of all essential tools : Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Merchant Center.E-Commerce UX / UI & Conversion Analysis (Analytical Ownership)
The Manager is the custodian of the website's interface, using data to drive conversion improvements :
User Interface (UI) Analysis : Act as the sole analyst responsible for the user interface. Utilize GA4, Hotjar, and other behavioral analytics tools to deeply analyze user flow, diagnose UI pain points, and pinpoint conversion blockers across all devices.UI / UX Resolution Leadership : Define clear, data‑backed requirements for all necessary interface improvements. Lead the resolution process by consulting with the Design Team and Web Developer to ensure recommended changes (based on data analysis) are executed and tested.Operational Integrity : Oversee the integrity of the live product catalogue. Ensure that all product listings, images, pricing, and attributes are flawlessly accurate, cross‑checking compliance with commercial and brand standards.Skills & Qualifications
Demonstrated experience managing e‑commerce platforms and executing end‑to‑end SEO strategies.Expert‑level proficiency in technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs / SEMrush) and implementation via CMS.Advanced Analytical Skills : Mastery of GA4 and user behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg) for diagnosing conversion funnels and UI issues.Hands‑On Execution : Proven ability to implement code‑level changes (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) or platform‑specific fixes without heavy reliance on developers.Strategic Mindset : Ability to balance immediate operational needs with long‑term, high‑impact growth strategy for a luxury brand.#J-18808-Ljbffr
