Key Responsibilities

Maintain patient demographic information such as name, date of birth, and insurance ID number. Initiate prior authorization (PA) for all payers through portal, by phone, and by fax. Good communication skills. Must be confident. Knowledge of denied and rejected authorization. Knowledge of CPT and ICD codes. Experience in the medical billing industry. Why Join Medatron
