We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with proven experience driving growth across marketing strategy, sales enablement, and performance advertising. The role requires a deep understanding of the full customer journey—from brand awareness and lead generation to conversion and revenue impact. The incumbent will lead multi‑channel marketing initiatives, collaborate closely with the sales team, and manage paid media campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with company growth objectives.
- Own end‑to‑end campaign planning—from audience research and positioning to creative execution.
- Manage and mentor marketing team members and external agency partners.
- Drive consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, product sheets, case studies).
- Use CRM and analytics tools to track lead quality and campaign contribution to revenue.
- Optimize the lead handoff process between marketing and sales for better conversion rates.
- Oversee and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.
- Plan and control digital ad budgets, focusing on achieving target ROAS, CPL, and CPA goals.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking (pixels, GTM, CAPI, GA4) for accurate performance attribution.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize for efficiency and scalability.
- Track marketing KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Manage marketing dashboards and provide monthly performance reports to leadership.
- Use data to identify new growth opportunities and improve customer acquisition funnels.
- Coordinate with product and design teams for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to paid media, digital strategy, and sales alignment.Proven track record of managing multi‑channel paid campaigns with measurable ROI.Deep understanding of B2B or B2C marketing funnels, depending on company type.Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, or HubSpot CRM.Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).Preferred Skills
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).Knowledge of SEO / SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.Experience in sales‑driven environments where marketing contributes directly to revenue.Ability to manage agencies and freelancers for creative, media buying, or analytics support.What We Offer
