This is a

strictly on-site, night shift position

aligned with

U.S. working hours . Remote work is

not available , so please apply only if you can work from our Lahore office.

Job Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

related to vehicle shipping inquiries.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering solutions and building trust.

Provide

accurate quotes

and negotiate rates confidently.

Follow up with clients through phone, email, or CRM tools.

Maintain and update client interactions and sales records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams for smooth delivery processes.

Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs .

Requirements

Excellent spoken English ; a U.S. accent is a strong advantage.

Previous experience in

sales, U.S. logistics, or call centers

is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong

communication, persuasion, and negotiation

skills.

Must be

comfortable with outbound sales and night shift work .

Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Basic computer proficiency (CRM and call tools).
