Position Overview :

Sourcing Manager will be accountable for sourcing the right product at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost by effectively leading cross-functional sourcing teams across domains, including Hardware, Software, Cost &Availability, and the Pricing Desk.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing :

• Oversee Hardware Sourcing, Software Sourcing, Cost and Availability, and Pricing Desk operations, ensuring accurate and timely response by the teams via KPI SLA attainment.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s sourcing policies by making sure business runs through preferred partners.
• Cost management using different sourcing strategies, including but not limited to deal-registration, rebate programs, promotions, and extended payment terms with distribution.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals and category-specific needs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product Information Management, and Legal teams to align sourcing strategies with broader organizational objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of sourcing specialists, pricing analysts, and program specialists across domestic and international locations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.
