The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling.
- Meeting clients.
- Managing daily KPIs of contacting clients and addressing their property-related queries through calling, WhatsApp contact, and email.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Establish long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
Minimum experience : 1 year.Minimum qualification : Graduation.Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive.Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.Job Specification
