Trendora Global is a fast-growing Shopify-based e‑commerce brand offering trending and high‑quality lifestyle products in the Pakistani market. We are expanding our sales operations and are looking for a motivated and result‑driven Sales Manager to lead marketing efforts, boost sales, and grow brand reach. Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Trendora Global, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing strategies, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. This is a remote opportunity open to applicants worldwide — ideal for individuals with experience in e‑commerce, Shopify, or digital marketing. Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing and sales campaigns. Run online ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) using your own advertising budget. Generate leads and convert them into sales through Shopify. Maintain weekly performance and sales reports. Provide excellent customer service and maintain Trendora Global’s positive brand image. Work ethically and meet performance targets set by the company. Compensation Structure

This position is performance‑based (no fixed salary). The Sales Manager will receive 40% of the owner’s monthly profit generated from their sales efforts. Payments are made at the end of each month after profit verification. If no sales or profit are generated in a month, no payment will be made for that period. Contract Duration

Initial Term : 3 months (extendable based on performance). Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice in case of unsatisfactory performance or breach of terms. Eligibility

Open to candidates worldwide (remote work). Experience in Shopify, digital marketing, and online sales preferred. Must be able to invest in and manage your own ad campaigns. Strong communication and goal‑oriented mindset required. How to Apply
