Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior D365 CRM Consultant to join us remotely from Islamabad / Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who has strong technical depth across the Dynamics 365 CRM suite and has experience mentoring or leading a small team of consultants.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and Power Platform (Model Driven App, Canvas App, Power Portal, Power Automate)
• Lead small technical teams on assigned projects, providing guidance and code reviews
• Collaborate with onshore functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Perform data migration, integration setup (using APIs or middleware), and solution deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM issues independently
• Ensure best practices in code quality, ALM, and solution architecture
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
