Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement performance management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Design and execute performance appraisal programs, including KPIs and OKRs.
Work closely with department heads to identify training and development needs.
Address performance-related concerns and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and motivation.
Generate performance reports and recommend strategic improvements.
Requirements :
Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in performance management and HR operations.
Strong understanding of performance appraisal systems and methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HR software and performance tracking tools.
Experience in the telecom industry (preferred).
