Job description

Assist in the development and implementation of online business strategies and initiatives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
Manage and optimize online sales channels, including our website, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of online business objectives.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of online initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Support customer engagement efforts through online channels, including responding to inquiries, managing reviews, and fostering positive customer relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our online business operations.

Job Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
