Job descriptionBase Salary : $250 USD / month. Performance Bonus : Up to $160 USD / month, based on achieving the full team KPI with a complete department in place. Training : Full training on all processes provided. Stability : Long-term, stable employment with opportunities for growth. English proficiency (B1–B2, verbal and written). Previous experience in team supervision or coordination. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in basic PC operations and Google Sheets / Excel. Stable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 4 operators to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
- Monitor task execution, quality, and workflow compliance.
- Organize shifts and schedules to optimize resource allocation.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and training to team members.
- Maintain daily performance and progress reports.
- Coordinate with management to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
