Responsibilities
Leading the assigned team. Achieve assigned Target. Daily Meetings with the team. Regularly, monitor staff performance, including performance reviews. Compliance Monitoring. To maintain the Calling Ratio / Productivity on daily basis. Ensure the Courtesy & Accuracy Level in the call as per the Quality Standards. Coordinate with other departments and branches for the smooth delivery and process. Ensure to script must be followed. Provide the trainings when required. Random Calls checks. Personal / Professional Grooming for the staff. To guide the low performers for maintaining their Good Avg Productivity.
