Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting :
Proactively research and identify potential customers using CRM tools, social media, and databases.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
Demonstrate ability to initiate contact and build relationships through cold calls and emails.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills :
Communicate product / service value propositions clearly and persuasively via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Handle objections and inquiries effectively to maintain engagement and trust. Maintain professional and persuasive communication with prospects, customers, and internal teams.
Sales Pitch & Product Knowledge :
Exhibit strong understanding of company products / services to tailor pitches to specific customer needs.
Conduct virtual product demos or presentations to educate prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Utilize sales enablement tools to track performance, follow-ups, and conversions.
Target Achievement & Revenue Generation :
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets (monthly / quarterly).
Follow up on opportunities consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.
Contribute to pipeline building and revenue forecasting.
Customer-Centric Approach :
Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow up post-sale for feedback, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure a smooth handover to the operations or account management team after sales closure.
Collaborate closely with field sales, marketing, and product teams for lead nurturing and campaign alignment.
Share insights from customer conversations to improve products, services, and marketing strategies.
Time Management & Reporting :
Prioritize daily tasks to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
Submit regular reports on sales metrics, activities, and goal progress to sales leadership.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred in any discipline.
4-5 years of prospecting or business development.
A proven track record of strong client relationships.
Excellent prospecting skills and nurturing leads and understanding of the art of persuasion.
Goal and action-orientated, with the ability to work towards targets.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage a senior‑level audience.
