This position is responsible for providing human resources support, but is not limited to the following functional areas :
Recruiting,Performance Management and Compliance support and general office administration.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Review & update existing policies, procedures manual & employee handbook
Conduct job analysis, post job advertisements, coordinate with online job portals, manage resume database.
Prepare and maintain personnel files.
Conduct new employee orientation.
Prepare departments budget, analyze turnover and retention costs, and prepare & analyze statistical monthly severance reports.
Manage & coordinate probationary & annual evaluations.
Lead / coordinate training programs
Plan for quarterly events & coordinate with Administration in order to achieve desired objectives through events
Manage Rewards , merit increments, leaves,
