As a Business Development Manager at Sora Union, you will lead and manage the Business Development team while actively driving growth opportunities. You’ll be at the forefront of developing new business, optimizing our BizDev operations, and guiding the team’s performance across client‑facing initiatives.

Your primary focus will be to :

• Lead and enable the Business Development team
• Drive sales strategy and client growth
• (Ideally) Contribute healthtech industry knowledge to inform BizDev direction and positioning
• Ensure smooth cross‑functional execution, supporting operational workflows, tooling, and reporting.

You’ll work closely with BizOps, Engineering, Design, and QA teams to ensure smooth planning and execution—keeping initiatives on time, on track, and aligned to strategic goals.
